Rooibos

This national beverage of South Africa, the Rooibos (Redbush), is also very popular in our regions and is exclusively grown in the region of the Cederberg Mountains. The sundried red shoots of the bush yield a sweet, mellow flavour and a uniquely ruby-red cup.
